Delaney BramlettおよびD&Bの64〜67年頃の録音集ですが、ジャッキーさんはA-3, 4, 6, B-4〜6にプロデューサーとしてクレジットされています。これらはデモ音源をまとめて発表したものらしいので、プロデューサーというのはチト大袈裟かも しれませんが、この頃からD&B〜E.C.〜Mad Dogsとつながるスワンプロック人脈が集結しはじめ、何やらゴソゴソ動き始めていることが伺えます。この辺りの活動の成果が"Laurel Canyon"の成功に結びついたのでしょう。もしボニーさんがいなかったら（失礼）、 Delaney & Jackie & Friendsなんていうのがあり得たかも？

デモとはいえ聞き物も多く、A-1はバカラック＋ジャッキーさんの大ヒットですが、Leon Russellプロデュースのブルーアイドソウルヴァージョン。D&Bの初録音のようです。ボニーさんの瑞々しい歌声に乾杯！その他フォークロッ クやマージービートテイストの楽曲も収録。
